They exercise such skills as visualization, energy manipulation, chakras, energy channeling, centering and grounding, meditation, etc. Once you practice the set a few times it should only take you about 10-15min each time to complete it. </div><div><br></div><div><b>Centering and Grounding:</b></div><div>- A lot of people say “Ground and Center” when the actual process is in reverse. Why would you reach out to another power source before you have gathered your own? To Center yourself find a quiet place and a comfortable sitting position. Close your eyes, make sure your back is straight and breathe deeply and slowly. Focus on your breath and quiet your mind. Now focus on your place of power or energy center. Different people have different energy centers, most feel it is their Solar Chakra (located near the naval or diaphragm) which is where I normally focus. See a ball of bright yellow light shine within you where the naval/diaphragm is located. Visualize this yellow ball of light becoming a small Sun that pulls in all your loose unfocused energy. Breathe softly but deep. Now it is time to Ground. The simplest way is to visualize roots extending from your lower body into the Earth below, then visualize the “black” negative energy (tension, anxiety, stress, doubt) drain from you and be released into the Earth from your roots. The Earth is a strong energy source and will purify any negative energy it receives and recycle it in a positive way. Another way to ground is with what I call the Waterfall of Light, basically you visualize white cosmic light showering down on you washing away all “black” negativity from you, once cleared be sure to drain any remaining light that is within you. </div><div><br></div><div><b>Going Deeper: </b></div><div>- After you have Centered and Ground yourself you will now be able to enter a deeper meditative state. Visualize there is a screen within your mind. On the screen is the number 12, take a deep breathe in, exhale slowly and see the number count down to 11, continue this way until you reach 0. Then affirm silently in your mind “I am now in a deep meditative state.” (*note* when finished with your meditation be sure to count up from 1-12 and back to your normal consciousness.) </div><div><br></div><div><b>Energizing the Chakras: </b></div><div>-Visualize a white cord of light extend from the tip of your spine and root into the earth below, see this cord connect with the Heart of the Earth (the Earths core). Once connected pull the pure Earth energy (seen as either white, green or red in color), pull it up to your Root Chakra (seen at either the tip of the spine or at the anus), breathe in deep and see the Root Chakra shine into a brilliant circling ball of bright red light. Take another deep breathe and pull the Earth energy up to your Sacral/Stomach Chakra, I usually see it at the lower stomach area, see a bright ball of circling orange light. Take a deep breath and pull the Earth energy to your diaphragm which is your Solar Chakra, see a bright ball of circling yellow light blazing like a mini sun. Take a deep breath and pull the Earth energy up to the center of your chest, this is the Heart Chakra, see a bright ball of green light. Take a deep breath and pull the Earth energy up to your throat, this of course is the Throat Chakra, see a bright ball of blue light. Take a deep breath and pull the Earth energy up to the center of your forehead, between the eyes, this is the 3rd Eye Chakra, see a bright ball of purple light. Take a deep breath and pull up the Earth energy to the top of your head, this is the Crown Chakra, see a ball of bright white light. Take a deep breath and hold all seven balls of light as long as you can. When your concentration begins to wane, let the balls of light fade knowing they are charged. </div><div><br></div><div><b>Shielding:</b> </div><div>This is great to do right after energizing your chakras. Feel the aura around you and visualize it as a sphere surrounding your body like a force field. I like to visualize my shield as a diamond that takes in good energy but reflects harmful energy. Hold this visualization and say either out loud or silently this statement of intent or something similar, “I am protected from all harm on every level”, say that three times while visualizing your shield. Hold the visualization until your concentration begins to wane then let the image fade knowing that the shield is up and empowered. </div><div><br></div><div><b>Earth Walking:</b></div><div>Simply go to a spot with natural surroundings like a backyard or park. At first it’s best to do this barefoot but once you get more comfortable you can do this with your shoes on. First feel your energy and aura within and around you then step onto the grass or earth area. Feel the energy of the Earth below you and try to “breathe through your feet”, basically you are pulling up Earth energy into your body from feet to head. This exercise will help you sense energy better and is a great way to learn how to channel energy as well. </div><div><br></div><div>These are simple yet effective magical exercises that will enhance your skills and abilities. Practice them daily or at least 3 times a week. Be sure to record each session you have into a journal or magical diary. Have fun and happy training! </div><div><br></div><div>Bright Blessing, </div><div>-T.LH-</div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10514966100487782630noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1818669101845279927.post-1061837377046081592015-12-19T20:46:00.001-08:002015-12-22T16:19:29.554-08:00Purification herbs other than sage<div><br></div><div>Here are some other purification herbs that you can burn as incense besides sage:</div><div><br></div><div>Clove- a powerful purification herb especially against harmful energy. It is a reflection of the Universe, a microcosm of the macrocosm. You put your special magical items on the altar along with things that symbolize the spiritual forces you wish to infuse in your magic. Meditation, ritual and magic are all done with the altar and after some time the altar will begin to radiate the spiritual energy you put into it which will add to your magic. Altars can be simple like mine or they can be extravagant, it's really up to your own personal taste. <div><br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgLGCsn-zEKXSd8FkUAUrN2NnNKHE9vEZrCw2YHUHzYzeFep1euiM2nuHjyckg4U9wVE5X9CV-FqSp0vM-uKxaJYI_3r6p_V5s82G0oVqobs-hjEFao4X2BTw76o5rpuvy0RofKAaDRfg0/s640/blogger-image-961269394.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgLGCsn-zEKXSd8FkUAUrN2NnNKHE9vEZrCw2YHUHzYzeFep1euiM2nuHjyckg4U9wVE5X9CV-FqSp0vM-uKxaJYI_3r6p_V5s82G0oVqobs-hjEFao4X2BTw76o5rpuvy0RofKAaDRfg0/s640/blogger-image-961269394.jpg"></a></div></div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10514966100487782630noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1818669101845279927.post-2259689451216512312015-07-23T12:14:00.001-07:002015-07-23T12:14:46.058-07:007/21/15 Log: Basic Inner Temple Meditation<p style="margin: 0px; font-size: 12px; font-family: Helvetica;"><br></p>
<p style="margin: 0px; font-size: 12px; font-family: Helvetica;">I have been practicing what I call the Basic Inner Temple Meditation from Christopher Penczak’s “Gay Witchcraft” (pg.60-61). I made a voice recording of the meditation and it really has helped. In the meditation there are stairs to walk down that leads to your inner temple. The stairs that appear to me are grey castle stone stairs that spiral downward like a tower stair way. It’s lit sometimes by candles along the wall, sometimes torches and other times it has a glowing purple hue that brightens the way. The stairs have always led me to a large castle like library with walls and shelves and bookcases filled with books of every type and kind. Where the stairs lead out to the left there is a long wooden dining room table with a huge fruit bowl in the middle over flowing with fruit. Past that there is a large ornate French window that opens out to a white slate stoned balcony that overlooks a breathe taking mountain view. To the right of the stairs there are a couple ornate wooden study desks and until recently there was just an ordinary window, but now it’s a glass and wood door that leads to a stone pathway on the immediate right is a stone pond with a water fall, to the immediate left is a garden and the path leads to an open field. Straight ahead of the stairs are about 3 or 4 rooms filled with book cases that reach the ceiling. In the far back is a brick fireplace with 2 large red leather chairs and a small black wooden side table between them. In the meditation you need to find a reflective service, mine is always a mirror that is to the right of the door that leads to the field. Sometimes the mirror is silver and other times it’s wooden but it is always full body and it’s always to the right of that door. I have recently gotten much better at actually seein myself in the mirror. When I see myself in the mirror I look just like how I look in the physical realm, I am always wearing what I am wearing in the physical or if skyclad the. I am also skyclad. I have successfully changed my skyclad astral self to be robed in fine black material. I’ve also changed my hair and face. A couple times when I looked in the mirror it was not my reflection but the reflection of a twenty something Renaissance girl, with long light brown hair in a renaissance style hair netting, her dress is white with some soft reds and she has green eyes like mine. When she appears she always smirks then instantly it changes to my physical appearance. I get a strong guy feeling that she is me from a past life, or at least that she is a part of my souls history somehow. I feel at peace and a great surge of euphoria when I’m in my Inner Temple. </p>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10514966100487782630noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1818669101845279927.post-56266570242363658742015-02-27T09:28:00.001-08:002015-02-27T09:28:53.631-08:00God Profile: The Horned One<p style="margin: 0px; font-size: 12px; font-family: Helvetica;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px; font-size: 12px; font-family: Helvetica;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px; font-size: 12px; font-family: Helvetica;">Also called: Cerrnnunos, Herne, Pan</p><p style="margin: 0px; font-size: 12px; font-family: Helvetica;"><br></p>

However do not be fooled The Horned One is tough and strong but He is also gentle and kind, a father figure god. One that teaches through lessons and one that asks us to act through our spirituality rather than contemplate. With spear in hand He is a warrior god, defending not only nature but all Children of Creation to whom call out for His help. Cosmically He is the dark part of the divine masculine seen as the father, the warrior and the sage. The Horned One demands us to sacrifice who we are for who we want to be. He demands evolution through action. His elements are Earth and Fire. He is often seen in Wicca as the consort to the Moon Goddess.</p><br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiAodlm1c9iVSxiExGjVPwLmQjjU5zWf1nO6ZYo0BpDYgFFPH4Xbn7fqUsnjVZEw2-BHHrQZ0ZJbA5gfNakN2ujky2HrAbiGlyNl2i89uYswyk0OZmBbXeVZZFwPNdKL0V_cGAxU1IF6OI/s640/blogger-image-1670361011.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiAodlm1c9iVSxiExGjVPwLmQjjU5zWf1nO6ZYo0BpDYgFFPH4Xbn7fqUsnjVZEw2-BHHrQZ0ZJbA5gfNakN2ujky2HrAbiGlyNl2i89uYswyk0OZmBbXeVZZFwPNdKL0V_cGAxU1IF6OI/s640/blogger-image-1670361011.jpg"></a></div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10514966100487782630noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1818669101845279927.post-28733634668224489402015-02-26T16:22:00.001-08:002015-02-26T16:22:02.677-08:00Money Cornucopia Spell<p style="margin: 0px; font-size: 12px; font-family: Helvetica;"><br></p>
<p style="margin: 0px; font-size: 12px; font-family: Helvetica;">(From ‘Cunningham’s Magical Sampler’)</p>
<p style="margin: 0px; font-size: 12px; font-family: Helvetica;">Items: <br>
•non-metallic, non-plastic bowl<br>
•smaller non-metallic, non-plastic bowl/cup<br>
•3 table spoons ground cinnamon <br>
•3 table spoons ground cloves<br>*T.LH tweak: 1 lodestone, 1 part powdered dragon’s blood</p>
<p style="margin: 0px; font-size: 12px; font-family: Helvetica;">Instructions:<br>
-mix ground clove and cinnamon together in small bowl, use fingers to mix spices. As you do tense the muscles in your arm and shoulders as you chant 5xs: “Spices fragrant; Spices enfold; Bring me money, silver and gold.” Release your muscles on the last chant and feel the energy fill the spice mixture, add a pinch or so of powdered dragons blood for extra kick. <br>
-hold lodestone in hands and chant 7xs while tensing your muscles: “Bring me money, silver and gold”, push energy into lodestone then place lodestone in larger bowl.<br>
-add some coins or bills to the larger bowl then take a pinch of charged spice mixture and sprinkle over coins saying as you do, “Spices fragrant; Spices enfold; Being me money, silver and gold.” <br>
-at least once a day (or more if you wish) for at least three weeks, add some coins or bills to the large bowl then sprinkle coins and bills with charged spice mixture saying the chant as you do.<br>
-DO NOT SPEND COINS, until all the spice is used. Then fish out coins and bills and spend as you please. You can reuse the spice mixture by recharging it with the chant</p>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10514966100487782630noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1818669101845279927.post-37263151202552550042014-03-07T20:20:00.001-08:002014-03-07T20:20:09.394-08:00Surviving Saturn 3/7/14<div><br></div><div>So it’s happened, I’ve been blasted by astrological forces. My life has been turned upside down and I’m sitting in a funk of the leftover pieces. My ass has been handed to me by the ‘Saturn Return’. Normally it happens at 27 but it can happen as early as 24, which is where I’m at. All of the things I didn’t accomplish in life, all the growth I was suppose to make, my life is falling apart because I failed. It hurt, I lost everything and almost lost the love of my life but praise Lord Hermes for keeping us together. Honestly if it wasn’t for Lord Hermes watching out for me I would be in an even bigger mess. </div><div><br></div><div>When this all happened I became very sick and lethargic, I didn’t have the energy to do anything not even my magickal practice. It’s been a couple months since I even casted a spell (that failed by the way). All my work seemed to just slip from my psyche like I never learned it. My abilities became shot, I cant meditate like I use to, contacting animal spirits has become more challenging, my energy isn’t flowing like it use to, worse of all I don’t feel connected to the Divine like I once was. I feel disconnected and powerless. I don’t know what else to do except pick myself back up and start from scratch.</div><div><br></div><div>I still have the love of my life, my fiancé, by my side and Lord Hermes watching over me. From here I can do anything. So I’m rebooting, going back to basics. I’m going to figure out what I need to accomplish to right what Saturn has destroyed. I am thankful to my family who has helped me pick up the pieces and who let me rest after the initial shock of the impact from Saturn. I feel different, in a good way, like I shed all that was holding me back before. I’m ready now, to make the appropriate changes in my life starting with my practice, as it is central in my daily life and beliefs. Maybe this time I will grow and accomplish what I must in this life. </div><div><br></div><div>Wish me luck and strength,</div><div>T.LH</div><div><br></div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10514966100487782630noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1818669101845279927.post-49456988031352164692014-03-07T20:12:00.001-08:002014-03-07T20:14:33.800-08:00Rose Water: Fresh Petals Method1) Place fresh rose petals into a saucepan. I have changed the visualization attached to the last line of the Mantra of Oneness. When I say “I am one with the Universe” Instead of visualizing a spiral I instead visualize a ball of brilliant light shining above me, filling me with white cosmic light from head to toe. The ball of brilliant light represents the Source or Goddess. Doing this has enhanced the mantra further and the result is a better connection to Universe (and my higher self as well).</div>
<div>
On another subject, since my last encounter with Horse spirit, I have been calling on Horse for endurance during work. When I call on Horse, I see it melding with myself and turning me into the chocolate brown horse I changed into in my last session. The results are an immediate increase in energy, I feel strong and confidant after the calling and work has been easier to handle. I have also melded with Fox to acquire the sharp wit and cunning needed in certain situations. I have found that Fox can help when one needs eloquent speech or critical thinking. I also find that I can meld with Fox when I want to go unnoticed and need camouflage. </div>
<div>
My abilities have increased tremendously and I am happy with the way my studies have evolved. Spell craft has been easier and I have more vitality in living. Where just a while ago I was feeling stuck in a funk, I now feel positive and more in control of my life and path.</div>

To be honest I was just testing the recording out to see if it was effective, but I got a wonderful journey out of it. To my surprise I was visited by a Horse spirit, I was expecting to meet Fox again but Horse immediately came to my mind and appeared before me. It was a large white steed with light bright spots on its rear end with a blonde mane and tail. I asked if Horse was my totem, it shook its head no. I asked if it was a protector and it shook its head yes. I asked what its message was and a voice came to my mind, a strong cocky voice that said it was to teach me endurance, power and to show me what love is. I then started to change into a horse. My body was covered in dark chocolate brown hair and my mane and tail were black. I then realized that there were fences around the whole area and in fact these fences separated the horse spirit and myself. Where the horse spirit was free to roam in open limitlessness I was stuck in a limited fairly large place with oddly fenced off areas. It was time to end the meditation so i changed myself back into my original form and thanked the Horse spirit. I then exited the astral realm and climbed the astral steps back into my physical body.</div><div><br></div><div> Wow, I really didn’t expect to be visited by Horse spirit. Its message wasn’t very clear but the fence thing sure was. Horse was shoeing me that I somehow have limited myself by fencing off parts of myself. Perhaps it wants to teach me the power to bust down the fences or to endure the strain of life, haha. I don’t get the “show you what love is” bit but Im sure Im gonna find out. I will have to question Horse again in the near future. </div><div> </div><div>On another subject its been six days since I started using the Mantra of Oneness and already I am feeling its benefits. I have more energy and it really helps me focus when I need to. I have gone deeper in the visualizations behind the verses. Now when I visualize the elements its like I become apart of their energy. Earth is cold and solid,dense. Air is fluttery, active and moving. Fire is consuming, hot and very active. Water is soothing, cool and receptive. The whole mantra itself has proven to be a great stress reliever, leaving me calm and collected afterwards. When I connect to the Universe, I drift into a mild trance and can feel myself being bathed in cosmic energy. </div><div> </div><div>On top of that I am now doing daily rune readings to get a feel of the energy surrounding me on a daily basis. Also I’ve added the middle pillar exercise to my daily regimen. Things have been productive lately. Im happy and moving forward in my practice. Im Loving every minute of it. </div><div><br></div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10514966100487782630noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1818669101845279927.post-990530371082167802013-11-24T08:08:00.001-08:002013-11-26T20:29:49.523-08:00Log 11/23/13<div> </div><div>Trying out an experiment with a mantra to be said during the 3 points of the day, waking, midday, and before sleep. I will do this for 28 days. Upon which a channel should then be set up based on the affirmations and visualizations in the mantra. Making it easier for me to access these energies. I call it the Mantra of Oneness, “I am one with the elements.” Then visualize the four elements, earth,air,fire,water. “I am one with myself.” Visualize the 7 major chakras and my aura. “I am one with the universe.” Visualize a spiral that is my symbol for universe. Besides that I am busy trying to put together my own Triangle of Manifestation. It will be a great project to undertake and can only work to enhance my spell craft. I am still putting together my Ritual B.o.S, I am rewriting some sabbat rituals and what not. Just another day being witchy haha.</div><div><br></div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10514966100487782630noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1818669101845279927.post-34321714635715369512013-11-24T08:06:00.001-08:002013-11-24T08:06:21.693-08:00Animal Spirit Meditation 11/20/13<div><br></div><div>After conducting the Qabalistic Cross and Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram, I sat in Tailors Pose and began to still my mind. After getting into a meditative state I called up the stairs that take me to my Inner Sanctum. They appeared as before as torch lit, stone castle steps. I walked down them counting from 12 to 1. When I exited the staircase I was in a large beautiful library on a mountain top, my Inner Sanctum. I willed that the Fox spirit would be there and Fox appeared to me but was covered in black smoke. I could see the Fox’s head and tail but the rest if its body was covered in the smoke. I asked Fox what it meant by camouflage in our last visit. Fox told me it meant for me to step aside from the lime light and let others shine around me. I then asked how I can better detect deception and the Fox showed me in a visualization as it spoke that I can open my heart chakra while speaking with someone and know by the bad vibes if they are lying. My visualization became really unstable and my concentration waned so I thanked Fox and walked back if the stone stairs to my physical body.</div><div>It was a short session but it was a good session. Some if my questions were answered and I learned a mystical trick about how to detect deception. I will try again to meet Fox soon. For now I will try to apply what it has taught/ told me.</div><div><br></div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10514966100487782630noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1818669101845279927.post-78686234323845587862013-11-24T08:04:00.001-08:002013-11-26T20:29:14.426-08:00Log 11/18/13<div><br></div><div>"The more I know, the less I understand"</div><div>I have been so drained lately, But I’m chugging on as good as the next guy. Work is strenuous and even my magickal studies have been taken up a notch. I have yet to visit Fox again, I have so many questions since our last visit in my Inner Sanctum. Fox spirit told me its lesson was camouflage and to know when I am being deceived. Ive tried to be more low-key, I haven’t been out at all, instead I have been at home studying but being observant of my friends and home environment. I don’t know if Im doing what Fox came to teach but Im trying things out till I get to ask Fox to clarify what it means by camouflage. When I last saw Fox I asked how I would know if Im being deceived. Fox answered ” you will know it in your thoughts and in your being”. I have been trying to detect if people around me have been deceiving me. While I don’t believe that anyone is lying about anything terrible (I did notice when they embellished), it does force me to examine how the people around me speak and their mannerisms.</div><div> Anyways I have still been putting togeter my Ritual Book of Shadows (b.o.s) and noticed I was missing some key components in my own ritual construction. Cakes and Wine, Drawing Down the Moon and others were missing from my book, so now Im working on getting them down for future use. Thats whats been up so far, just chuggin away at life. Happy though. “The journey is the destination” as the Taoists say.</div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10514966100487782630noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1818669101845279927.post-16614052672628112992013-11-24T08:03:00.001-08:002013-11-24T08:03:43.904-08:00Log 11/09/13<div><br></div><div>I am currently working on organizing my book of shadows (b.o.s). To do this I am making a separate book to carry General Rituals, Rites, Prayers and Sabbats/esbats as well as info on Gods and Goddesses and Animal Spirits. I will make another for spells, notes and recording experiences from spells, which will be copied from the composition books I use to keep track of my daily activities and workings. The older b.o.s that I have is to be broken down and used as a reference guide, separating the material as needed for the two newer b.o.s’. This is all easier said than done but the goal is worth the work. To have an organized reference book, a easy to access ritual book and an evolving spell book. This will deepen my experiences on my path and reinforce my faith in my abilities during times of spiritual crises, which I recently went through.</div><div>I am working through the foundation I have made and I am strengthening it so I may climb higher up my path. I am reexamining what I have already learned to get a better understanding. So far this process has been a marvelous exploit and I am enjoying the review of this information. I am learning the different levels of each occult subject, growing from beginner to intermediate levels and eventually to the advance stages of each subject. Things like advanced grounding techniques, bettering my abilities at sensing energy, and going to deeper levels in my meditations. All this and more has been keeping me focused, busy and diligent in my Wicca/occult studies.</div><div><br></div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10514966100487782630noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1818669101845279927.post-35842173420096157962013-11-24T08:02:00.001-08:002013-11-24T08:02:13.685-08:00Spirit Animal Meditation Part 3: message received<div><br></div><div>After performing the qabalistic cross ritual along with the lesser banishing ritual of the pentagram, i laid in bed and calmed my mind and body with a relaxation exercise. I then visualized a staircase, it appeared to me as a stone staircase like in a castle tower, the stair case was lit by flaming torches. I walked down the stairs counting from 12 to 1 and once i exited the staircase i was in my place of power, which normally appears to me as a gigantic library on a mountain top. In my place of power i willed to meet Fox spirit, who appeared before me. I asked the spirit what message it had for me and the spirit spoke with its mouth like a human and said its message was camouflage and to teach me when i am being deceived. I asked how i will know i am being deceived and it said i will feel it in my being and know it in my thoughts. I asked if Fox was my totem and it shook its head, no. I asked if it was a protector and it shook its head, yes. I asked when i can contact Fox and it told me i can call on it whenever i need its help. The Fox was red, black and white; it was large, standing in height with my torso, its voice was kind, its energy friendly and its demeanor was that of a wise creature. I thanked the Fox and bowed to it, then i turned to the stone staircase and walked up it counting from 1 to 12 as i did and returned to my physical body. I immediately wrote down the whole experience in my magickal journal.</div><div>This was an amazing experience, i let my subconscious go and Fox finally appeared to me in a stable visualization and actually answered my questions. Obviously doing the qabalistic cross and LBRP before the meditation helped tremendously, and now I have fox’s message to me. I know now that Fox is a protector and has come to teach me camouflage and how to detect deception. Both very useful skills and abilities. I am very happy with this experience, I learned a lot and can grow from here.</div><div><br></div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10514966100487782630noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1818669101845279927.post-63887474742009606902013-11-24T08:00:00.001-08:002013-11-24T08:00:04.619-08:00Spirit Animal Meditation Part 2: Fox Research<div><br></div><div>After meeting Fox spirit in a meditation I have been looking into the lore behind this interesting creature. According to many sources, Fox is a trickster and brings all the cunning qualities to bear as I have found out trying to work with this spirit. Fox has a symbolic link to mental responsiveness, and I am currently being challenged in my meditations by this Fox spirit. Ever since our first encounter my visualization during the meditation has been unstable as if I am being blocked from “seeing” the session with Fox. Yet I knew Fox’s presence was there and it wanted to go on a journey however I could not see clearly and only got glimpses of the Fox spirit. I realized later after talking with a friend and mentor that Fox plays tricks and was perhaps challenging me to sharpen my abilities. Also this Fox in particular has larger ears than a normal fox would have, there is a clue there and obviously my first thought is a need to listen more. Fox energy works a lot with camouflage and observing one’s environment, to step out of the limelight and become silent and unseen. This is a challenge for me, being the loud mouth attention loving Leo that I am, but I have come to understand that stepping out of the limelight also means not getting caught up in my own thoughts and worries. I need to be more aware of what is going on around me, especially with the people who are closest to me. Anyways, Fox seems to have connections with magick, dream work, the night, and guiding the souls of the dead. It is said to be a great teacher and guide, so I am honored that such a fascinating spirit has come my way to lend me some wisdom. I am excited to continue working with this spirit. </div><div> More to come 💖 </div><div> Blessed be, Tytus Lionheart </div><div> </div><div>Sources: </div><div><br></div><div>“Gay Witchcraft” by Christopher Penczak </div><div> </div><div>Spiritanimal.info by Elena Harris </div><div><br></div><div> If anyone has any other sources on working with animal spirits or working with Fox spirit specifically please feel free to share. </div><div><br></div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10514966100487782630noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1818669101845279927.post-68373283867114648902013-11-24T07:57:00.001-08:002013-11-24T07:57:45.391-08:00Spirit Animal Meditation Part 1<div><br></div><div>After casting a circle I began to meditate, grounding my energy and going deep within myself. I visualized a staircase before me and walked down 12 steps counting down from 12 to 1 as I did. When I exited the staircase I was in my place of power. Waiting for me was a fox, a slinky red and black fox with a cunning smile. I asked the fox what message it had for me. The fox seemed to be tryin to speak to me but I could not understand it. The fox began to take me on a journey but my visualization began to break up as there was too much noise going on in my house from my roommates. I apologized to the fox and promised I would return. I walked to the staircase and began to climb up it counting up from 1 to 12 when I returned to my physical body I grounded my energy.</div><div>This is not the first time I have done this meditation, I first met my totem, Lion and another of my guides Cat while doing this meditation. This is the first time I came across Fox, and I believe Fox has an important message for me. I actually dont know very much about foxes nor do I know of their mystical attributes. I will do some studying on Fox and see what I can find, I am also preparing to meet Fox again, this time I will do it at what is commonly known as “dead time”, which is around 3am when the psychic frequency is low (and when my roommates are asleep lol). I will conduct the ritual in a circle again to better focus my mind. After I have made an accurate bond I will no longer use the circle but do a quick shielding before each meditation. </div><div>If anyone has any info on working with Fox spirit please feel free to share. Pointers on keeping a stable visualization would be appreciated as well. </div><div><br></div><div>Blessed Be, </div><div>Tytus Lionheart</div><div><br></div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10514966100487782630noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1818669101845279927.post-5761146136511323462013-09-25T08:09:00.001-07:002013-09-25T08:09:01.339-07:00Happy Fall Equinox<br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhUdhuKDdbtp4Y94MdPm2Cr4HbaZEPM1_xze1sC-WRHDyOm45T5n3d3bubvxjRGjwa_yV_Mrz67zQBPaRZOFrUgU53nYn72jlcrS0fbETtGV8nohUng5E5cOWqjmqxt8DjR-O_5jBEi7_A/s640/blogger-image-901497817.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhUdhuKDdbtp4Y94MdPm2Cr4HbaZEPM1_xze1sC-WRHDyOm45T5n3d3bubvxjRGjwa_yV_Mrz67zQBPaRZOFrUgU53nYn72jlcrS0fbETtGV8nohUng5E5cOWqjmqxt8DjR-O_5jBEi7_A/s640/blogger-image-901497817.jpg"></a></div>Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10514966100487782630noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1818669101845279927.post-3298599812815971902013-09-04T01:29:00.000-07:002013-09-04T01:29:36.129-07:00Connect with Tytus LionheartHello to all my wonderful readers! A very strong protectant, the herb acts like a 'fire-wall' from negative influences and is especially powerful against hexes and curses. The burning of dragon's blood incense or even carrying it as a charm or sprinkling it around the house, will drive away all negative energy. The incense is also burned to bring back errant lovers, the incense is burned in front of an open window and the image of the missing love is focused upon until the incense burns out. Added to love spells it brings quite a 'kick', very powerful and should be used with caution. Dragon's blood placed under the pillow or even better, under the mattress, will cure impotency. <br />

Below are some exercises and routines I employ for my magickal training. This is just a guideline set and is not the end all beat all of the occult regimen, feel free to pick and choose or employ all of them if you so desire. This regimen is a mixture of Wicca/witchcraft and Ceremonial magick:<br />
<br />
<br />
<ul>
<li>Stretching/ exercise- Yoga is especially appropriate for this. Such actions are known as 'polishing the temple' and should be apart of your daily practice.</li>
<li>Grounding/shielding/centering- Be sure you make a regular practice of these. There are techniques given on this blog for grounding and shielding [<a href="http://lionheartrealm.blogspot.com/p/psychic-hygiene.html" target="_blank">here</a>], and there is a centering technique known as the Qabalistic Cross [<a href="http://lionheartrealm.blogspot.com/2012/02/qabalistic-cross-ritual.html" target="_blank">here</a>]</li>
<li> The Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram (<a href="http://lionheartrealm.blogspot.com/2013/08/the-lesser-banishing-ritual-of-pentagram.html" target="_blank">LBRP</a>)- One of the most important rituals to perform on a daily basis. The LBRP will increase the strength of your aura and clear the area you perform it in from all negativity. It raises the energies of your magickal being.</li>
<li>The Middle Pillar- The middle pillar should be practiced after the LBRP and will allow you to tap into the universal power, eventually with practice this power can be used in healing and charging talismans.</li>
<li>Chakra Balancing- There are many techniques for balancing the chakras. Chakras are energy centers within the body that must be charged and strengthen through meditation. You should learn to open and close chakras, start with the so called Seven Major Chakras that is the Root, the Sacral chakra, the Solar chakra, the Heart, the Throat chakra, the Third Eye, and the Crown.</li>
<li>Elemental Assimilation- Working in harmony with the elements will greatly increase your magickal ability and understanding. There are four elements that you assimilate with: Earth, Air, Fire and Water. You can learn more about this process [<a href="http://lionheartrealm.blogspot.com/2013/03/elemental-magick.html" target="_blank">here</a>]. Each element should first be approached one by one. One element for one week, at the end of that week, practice a spell that involves the quality of that element. After this is achieved move onto the next element and so on. Once all four elements have been assimilated, reduce the practice to once a month or whenever you deem it necessary.</li>
<li>Earthing- Earthing is exactly what it sounds like, spending time to walk, sit or lie down on an area of Earth. Parks, backyards, hiking trails and etc, are all good ways of Earthing. I practice Earthing every morning in my backyard, I walk around my grass barefoot drinking in the energies of the earth from my feet and releasing them through my breath, this is known as "breathing through your feet". This may seem like a simple act but its importance can only be understood after daily practice. </li>
<li>Simple Meditation- Sometimes we get caught up in both the magickal and mundane that we forget to simply relax. Meditation is a powerful tool for the occult practitioner, finding our center even in the most trying environments (city bus, crowded park, noisy housemates) is beneficial to all who practice magick. Simply sit down, breathe for three counts then count backwards from 12 to 1, breathing with each count, and once you reach 1 you will be in a relaxed state. A trick for those just beginning, if your mind wanders simply pull it back and breath, if noises in your area distract you, listen to them and realize you are at one with them then breathe. The breath is a tool, use it to calm yourself and ease your tension. I have been told to meditate for at least 30min a day. Thats a little extreme for beginners, I'd say make an attainable goal and then work to increase it. Start with 3min, then 5min and so and so forth. </li>
</ul>
<div>
I feel this is enough for the budding practitioner to start with. There are many great techniques here for increasing your magickal ability and for bettering your life in general. Discipline is the first virtue to attain on the path of magick. Be strong and keep on, make sure to record your experiences in a journal that is used for your magick and meditation. Record in it the moon phase, date and time as well as the weather and your emotional state at the time. You will see a pattern emerge after some time of practicing. Use this as your ultimate tool, the Magickal Journal. It will tell you more about yourself than you can realize. "Know Thyself" is a law of magick. </div>

This is an earth banishing ritual and is mostly employed for clearing negative energy of a given space, as well as to clear up your aura. Find a space in which you will not be disturbed, <a href="http://lionheartrealm.blogspot.com/p/psychic-hygiene.html" target="_blank">ground</a> your energy then center yourself with the <a href="http://lionheartrealm.blogspot.com/2012/02/qabalistic-cross-ritual.html" target="_blank">Qabalistic Cross</a>.<br />
<br />
Next facing East draw a star, visualizing it as blue light. Once finished make the Sign of the Enterer, also known as the Sign of Horus (You can check out these stances [<a href="http://www.thelemapedia.org/index.php/Ritual_signs" target="_blank">here</a>] ) make sure you thrust your hands through the star you have just drawn, while doing so breath out and though your entire exhalation, vibrate this God name: <b>Yud-Heh-Vahv-Heh</b><br />
<br />
Pull back to regular standing position and using your right hand trace a line of white light from the center of the star to the South, facing South draw another with the same blue light as the last. Make the Sign of the Enterer again, thrusting your hand through the center of the star you have just drawn and using your entire exhalation to vibrate this God name:<br />
<b>Ado-NYE.</b><br />
<br />
Pull back and trace from the Southern star to the West. Draw a star with blue light and make the Sign of the Enterer while vibrating this God name: <b>Eh-Heh-Eh</b><br />
<br />
Pull back and trace a line of white light to the North, draw a star with blue light. Make the Sign of the Enterer while vibrating this God Name: <b>Ag-Lah</b><br />
<br />
Pull back and trace the white line back to the Eastern Star, now stand with feet together and arms apart like a cross. Visualize an angel with yellow robes, holding a caduceus standing in front of you as you say these words: <b>Before me, </b>(vibrate the name) <b>Raphael</b><br />
<b><br /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;">Visualize behind you and angel in blue robes holding a chalice, say: </span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"><b>Behind me, </b></span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;">(vibrate) </span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"><b>Gabriel.</b></span></b><br />
<br />
Visualize to your right an angel in red robes holding a flaming sword, say: <b>To my right, </b>(vibrate) <b>Michael.</b><br />
<br />
Visualize to your left an angel with green robes, holding a pentacle, say: <b>To my left, </b>(vibrate) <b>Uriel.</b><br />
<br />
Stand arms and feet apart, like a star and say: <b>For about me flames the pentagram! </b>then visualize a star of david (also called the mystic star) within the middle of your chest shining a golden light and say: <b>And within me shines the six rayed star!"</b><br />
<br />
End with <a href="http://lionheartrealm.blogspot.com/2012/02/qabalistic-cross-ritual.html" target="_blank">Qabalistic Cross</a>.<br />
